Shipping

Yes. Muzy Burton Art ships to France and internationally, to all countries, except in special circumstances. For any specific questions about your destination, our customer service team is at your disposal.

In mainland France, your parcels are entrusted to Chronopost, Mondial Relay, and Colissimo. For the rest of the world, we work with UPS.

You can choose delivery to your personal address, with signature upon receipt, or opt for delivery to a relay point.

Standard delivery is free on all our orders, with the exception of certain special sales. Details can be found in our general terms and conditions of sale.

Our prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included, excluding customs duties. For orders shipped outside the European Union, these duties remain your responsibility.

Muzy Burton Art cannot be held responsible for fees, taxes, or delays related to customs clearance, over which we have no control.

Generally, allow 2 to 3 business days from the email confirming your order's shipment.

This timeframe is indicative: it does not account for any delays related to payment authorization, stock availability, or customs clearance.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Each parcel is fully traceable on the carrier's website, who also remains contactable for any questions regarding your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. A returned item is refunded; you are free to place a new order for the desired size or model afterwards.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items to us.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, accompanied by all their accessories, with tags attached. Personalized items cannot be returned.

The product must be shipped in its original packaging to ensure its protection. Failing this — or equivalent protective packaging — charges may apply.

Several items from different orders can be grouped into a single return package, provided they were ordered from the same customer account and by following the procedure below.

Returns are free from mainland France and Europe (EU).

From French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM), return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

  1. My account. Log in to muzyburton.art and declare your return from My Account > My Returns. Click on "Make a return," select the relevant order number, then follow the instructions.
  2. Prepare the package. Place the items in the box of your choice — if you are reusing the delivery box, first remove the carrier's label. Affix the provided return label, or print the one received by email after your declaration.
  3. Ship the package. Drop it off at a post office or a Chronopost relay point, within 14 days.

Declare your package as "return of goods" to avoid customs fees. Keep your stamped proof of deposit until reimbursement.

Payments

Visa, CB, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay cards are accepted, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay (on mobile), and Klarna.

The debit occurs as soon as your order is confirmed.

In case of refusal or cancellation, we invite you to contact your bank directly.

For any order placed as a guest, an invoice will be sent to you by email. If you have a customer account, you can also download it directly from your personal space.
